Please read these terms carefully before using QuizzApp. They govern your access to and use of our platform, products, and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuizzApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
2. Use of Service
QuizzApp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for creating, sharing, and managing quizzes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of the quizzes and content you create. By uploading content to QuizzApp, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not create or share content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or infringes on the intellectual property of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Privacy
Your use of QuizzApp is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate the service and never sell your personal information to third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
QuizzApp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or service interruptions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
